Headge, is a band from Montreal Canada, It was born in 2009 when 2 former band mates (Chris and Simon) got back together a year after there first band parted ways.The first jam sessions were done in Simon's room, with no big expectations, they were both surprise how easy it was to play again with each other and decided to take it abit more seriously.They invited friends and other musiciens to come play with them and soon enough they had a Trio, Kevin, join the band as the Guitarist.They started playing in competions after a few months together.There first ever show was at MONTREAL EXPOSURE FESTIVAL in Feb 2010, were they won the crowd and took First Place in a 2 days and 30 bands, competition. They continued doing shows and impressing names, trying to catch attention, things moved slowly but surely. In december 2010 Simon had to go through an operation that would unable him to play drums for 6 months.It was a hard but creative time for the band, the songs kept coming but the momentum as a serious band ,they had gained seemed to be slipping away. In May 2011, with the drummer fully rehabilitated, they got back into practicing and even did a couple of local shows, with a surprising turn but not uncommun, the trio became a four piece.Unfortunetly things didnt work out with the bands lineup and after a couple of months, the only two remaining members were Chris and Simon. Headge is now complete with the coming of Jessy and Jareth.
