"I translate music into words; where some hear just the music, I hear the story". Kathryn writes folk, funk and RnB pop. Her singing style is a Tracy Chapman/Dido combination, The Cranberries meet Shakira, Sinead O'Connor as Cher. Her most recent songs are Ridiculed into Stupidity and Who-dee-Who. Ridiculed into stupidity has a folk/Cranberries sound, while Who-dee-who produces a funk RnB vibe. Her writing style celebrates the oxymoron of life; the beautiful ugliness. Currently, she is working to create a humorous sitcom about a woman of a certain age chasing the impossible dream of a music career; an Absolutely Fabulous meets The Flight of the Conchords.
